Processing Time

We do our best to process & ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. The usual delivery time is 3-5 business days. It could take a bit longer if delivering to a remote location in India. 

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking docket & courier information that is normally updated on the same day after the order has been shipped. You can also track your order using your tracking number through the concerned courier website.

Shipping Options

• Indusviva engages third-party courier agent services Pan India & also provides the option to pick up products from an IndusViva store near you.
• End mile delivery is available to all customers Pan India, as per our courier agent endpoint. Customers are responsible to collect
  their product from the concerned courier end point hub, if services are not available.

Handling Cost

A handling charge of Rs 100 is applicable for each unit for all types of delivery including courier and store pick-up except from the main warehouse at Nelamangala, Bangalore.

• If you have entered the wrong shipping information, you are not eligible for a re-shipment or refund.
