Indusviva products are consumables and as such are non-returnable. All Indusviva products meet quality standards and we expect our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase.
However, we do anticipate that certain adverse situations may arise such as exceptional delays, damage or loss during transit. Don’t worry – we’ve got you covered! Please contact the Indusviva toll-free number at 1800 103 4916 and raise a ticket, sit back and relax. Your issue will be resolved at no extra cost to you!
Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled. You can get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing the order and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request. If you are approved, the refund will be processed to the same source from which the payment was made.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are damaged during shipment. To place an exchange request for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the order.
