How do I place my order?

Click the “Buy Now” button on the product page and you will be redirected to the Indusviva e-store. Simply put in your shipping details, select product quantity and complete payment.

How can I track my order?

An email will be sent to you containing the order tracking link and waybill number once the order has been dispatched.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes! You can call our phone number +91 6376895567 to enquire about the products and place an order.

Can I buy Indusviva products anywhere else?

Indusviva products can only be purchased through an authorized distributor or an Indusviva store near you.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What is the order delivery time?

We do our best to process & ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 24-72 hours. The usual delivery time anywhere in India is 5-7 business days. 

Where is my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days, you can raise a query by calling Vivaliven at +91 6376895567 or mailing at [email protected] or contacting Indusviva Toll-free number at 1800 103 4916.

What are the shipping options?

All orders placed on Vivaliven are fulfilled by IndusViva. It engages third-party courier agent services Pan India & also provides the option to pick up products from an IndusViva store near you. End mile delivery is available to all customers Pan India, as per our courier agent endpoint.

Customers are responsible to collect their product from the concerned courier end point hub, if services are not available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I cancel an order?

Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled. You can get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing the order and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request. If you are approved, the refund will be processed to the same source from which the payment was made.

Can I return my order?

Indusviva products are consumables and as such are non-returnable. All Indusviva products meet quality standards and we expect our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. However, in case of exceptional delays, damage, or loss during transit, please contact the Indusviva toll-free number at 1800 103 4916 and raise a ticket, sit back and relax. Your issue will be resolved at no extra cost to you! 

Where is my refund?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
